While Samsung introduces its Galaxy A, another Korean electronic giant LG has also announced two Android phones in Korea, including the LU2300 and the SU950/KU9500.

LG launches in Korea its CYON JoyPop KH3900 clamshell mobile phone that supports the  Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) technology. Thanks to built-in support for WiFi and FMC, the JoyPop can make phone calls via both mobile network and local fixed line.

LG launches the entry-level GD350 mobile phone. The clamshell features a 2-inch LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, FM tuner, and a microSDHC card slot. The GD350 has no external display but LED lights for notifications. It supports playback of MP3, WMA, AAC and H.264, H.263. MPEG4 video files.
