Plextor M2S Series 2.5-inch Solid State Drives with Marvell Controller

Plextor introduces the new M2S series 2.5-inch solid state drives utilizing Marvell’s 88SS9174 control chip. Available in 64GB (PX-64M2S), 128GB (PX-128M2S) and 256GB (PX-256M2S) capacities, the MLC Flash-based M2S range has 128MB DDR3 cache memory. It offers up to 480MB/s read and 330MB/s write speeds.
