Matrox launches the new Extio F2208 dual monitor KVM optical extender that uses fiber-optic cable to separate the keyboard, mouse, USB, audio peripherals and up to 2 displays from the rest of the computer by up to 1 km (3280 feet). It extends the bus via a PCI-E bus interface.

Matrox has just introduced its new Mac-friendly DualHead2Go DP (model D2G-DP-MIF) and TripleHead2Go DP (model T2G-DP-MIF) external multi-monitor adapters. Both of them come with a Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable, allowing Mac users to connect these external multi-monitor modules directly to the mini-DisplayPort output of their Mac computers to swiftly drive multiple monitors or projectors.

Matrox Graphics launches the Extio F2408, a remote graphics solution that separates up to four high resolution displays plus USB keyboard, mouse, and other HIDs from the host system by up to 1 kilometer (3280 feet) of fiber-optic cable.
