Motorola Milestone XT720 Android Smartphone Announced

Motorola announced in the UK its new Milestone XT720, one of the world’s slimmest 8 Megapixel Android smartphones and the first to have a Xenon Flash. This XT720 is basically the Europe version of the Korea-bound MOTOROI and the upgraded version of the XT701 for Asia.

Motorola Milestone Launched in Hong Kong

After European market, Motorola launches its Milestone smartphone in Hong Kong, the first in Asia region to get the Android 2.0 device. The version Motorola sells in Hong Kong is English version with MOTO Chinese input methods (but no Chinese UI), including Chinese handwriting recognition and Pinyin.

Motorola Milestone Android Phone Unboxed

Motorola’s Milestone, as you may know, is the GSM/WCDMA version of the DROID. The smartphone runs the Android 2.0 OS and supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, dual-band 900/2100 WCDMA and HSPA networks. It has a 3.7-inch touchscreen and a 5 Megapixel camera. GPS and WiFi are included.
