This is Samsung SCH-F639 CDMA slider mobile phone. You may found it looks like another Samsung phone. That’s true as the F639 is basically the CDMA version of the U600 ultra slim phone.

Samsung SCH-F639  supports CDMA 2000 1X 800 MHz mobile network. It features a 2.2-inch LCD screen, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with 10x digital zoom, ISO 400, LED flash and auto focus; integrated media player, FM tuner and Bluetooth.

The F630 comes with 32MB memory and supports microSD memory cards. It is only 10.9 mm thick. It is available in Taiwan for NT $7,990 (USD $260).
