Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro QWERTY

At the MWC 2010, Sony Ericsson introduces the Xperia X10 mini (aka Robyn) and the Xperia X10 mini pro with a side-slide QWERTY keyboard, both are mini versions of the Xperia X10. Based on the Android 1.6 OS, the two sister phones feature the company’s UX platform UI.

In addition to the HTC Desire, HTC introduces another Android smartphone, called the Legend, at the MWC 2010. Basically, the Legend is just a redesigned Hero running Android 2.1 Eclair with the enhanced HTC Sense.

Finally, HTC officially unveils its own version of the Google Nexus One. HTC called the device Desire, which is previously known as the HTC Bravo. The HTC Desire runs the Android 2.1 Eclair OS with HTC Sense UI.

HTC announced at the MWC 2010 the HD mini, a Windows Phone focused on delivering the popular experience of the HTC HD2 in a more compact design. Like the HD2, the HD mini runs Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional with the HTC Sense UI.

In addition to the touchscreen Monte S5620, Samsung introduces also the more basic Monte Slider E2550 and the Monte Bar C3200 mobile phones. As it’s name tells, the Monte Slider is a slider phone with a 2-inch display, 1.3 Megapixel camera with video recording and nightshot mode.

Samsung brings to the MWC 2010, other than the Bada-based Wave, another flagship device, the Halo i8520 (aka Beam i8520) Android phone with built-in DLP projector, in addition to the 3.7-inch Super AMOLED WVGA touchscreen. It includes also the so-called “Specialized Projector UI”.

Samsung officially announced its Monte S5620 touchscreen mobile phone at the MWC 2010. Designed for style-conscious mobile users, the Monte has a sleek, organinc design with a sophisticated and glossy look.

Samsung introduces at the MWC 2010 the new Wave S8500 smartphone that uses the company’s new Bada open mobile platform. The Wave includes the Social Hub feature that seamlessly integrates all major email providers, IM and social networking services.
