Delphi NAV300 GPS Device

Delphi shows us its new NAV300 GPS navigation device. Delphi NAV300 is powered by a Samsung 400MHz processor, 32MB Flash ROM and 64MB RAM. The NAV300 features the SiRFStar III GPS chipset and it runs Windows CE 5.0 with maps from NAVTEQ.
