NEC announced that its MultiSync EA273WM has got the iF Product Design Award for 2012. The 27-inch widescreen monitor is intended for enterprise users and it is designed by Naoto Fukasawa, an internationally-known, award-winning industrial designer. It features Full HD 1920×1080 native resolution, 300cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time and WLED-backlit that significantly reduce power consumption. Though based on TN panel, the monitor still offer 178/178-degree wide viewing angle.

NEC introduces its new MultiSync MD211G3, a grayscale 3 Megapixel medical diagostic display ideal for medical imaging and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) in hospitals, doctor offices, urgent care centers and other healthcare facilities. The 21.3-inch medical monitor uses SA-SFT IPS panel, and is factory calibrated to the DICOM grayscale function for luminance and includes uniformity control to provide accurate imaging across the screen and monitors for any inconsistencies.

NEC adds to its business-oriented MultiSync EA series the new EA223WM for high-performance enterprise users. The 22-inch LED-backlit monitor uses 16:10 TN panel and features 1680×1050 native resolution, 1000:1 typical contrast ratio,  25,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 5ms response time and 178/178-degree viewing angle. It comes with a fully adjustable stand with 130mm height-adjust, tilt, swivel and pivot.

NEC expands its V-series commercial display line with the new touch-integrated V651-TOUCH large-screen display. The new display features 4-camera (four 2 Megapixel sensors) optical-imaging technology that allows for up to six simultaneous touches, and integrated glass layer protects the panel and adds clarity to the picture with a double-sided anti-reflective (AR) glass, preventing mirrored imaging.

NEC introduces the new X463UN, a 46-inch professional-grade ultra-narrow large-screen display designed for the 24/7 operation required in a variety of digital signage, corporate and broadcast video wall applications. The 46-inch display uses professional-grade LCD panel with advanced thermal protection and sealed panel design for the most formidable digital signage industry requirements, and direct LED backlighting source which allows even distribution of light across the panel, resulting in improved uniformity from bezel-to-bezel.

NEC announced a new desktop monitor for high performance enterprise users, the MultiSync EA243WM. The 24-inch LCD display is based on TN panel and features 1920×1200 Full HD resolution, LED-backlighting, 25,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, and integrated 4-port USB 2.0 hub.

NEC introduces two new professional installation projectors, the NP-PX700W and NP-PX800W designed for large auditoriums and venues requiring exceptional brightness, such as houses of worship, higher education, corporate and retail environments where there is high ambient light or the need for a larger screen size. Both projectors are based on 1-Chip DLP technology and comes with dual lamps that provide intense light output, with up to 2500 hours of lamp life.

NEC announced its new NP-L50W lightweight LED digital projector designed for traveling business users. The new projector is equipped with LED solid state light source offering 500 lumens brightness, up to 20,000 hours of life, and a mercury-free design. Based on 0.45-inch DLP technology, the L50W features 1140×912 WXGA native resolution, 2500:1 contrast ratio.
