The NTTDoCoMo NEC N703iD looks like a platic-made toy, but it is “designed in collaboration with noted art and creative director Kashiwa Sato”. The N703iD has a  2.3-inch 260k color QVGA TFT LCD, a 2.1-inch Organic EL subscreen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera which can work well in dark settings and a 0.3 Megapixel inner camera for video calls.

The  NTTDoCoMo NEC N703iD  measures 96×48x15.9mm for 103 grams and it is available in Yelloe, White, Navy and Pink colors.

NTTDoCoMo and NEC shows us the N703iμ (iμ is pronounced i-mew) mobile phone. The phone is claimed to be the World’s thinnest W-CDMA clamshell phone at 11.4mm. The phone has a 2.3-inch 260k color QVGA TFT LCD, a LED on the back panel of the handset, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and a 0.3 Megapixel inner camera for video calls. It supports microSD memory card and has an enhanced music player supporting SD Audio.
It is available in Red, Green and Brown colors.

NTT DoCoMo has announced NEC N902iS which features search engine base on camera photo submission. The search engine is called search engine called Evolution Robotics.
