German company Neoi presents the 906E, a credit card sized mobile phone with QWERTY keyboard. Probably the world’s thinnest QWERTY phone, the Neoi 906E features a 26mmx21mm color display, built-in camera, 512MB internal memory, Bluetooth, QWERTY keypad of course, and a microSD card slot.
