Nikon introduces the its new D800 and D800E digital SLR cameras featuring a 36.3 Megapixel FX-Format CMOS image sensor. To handle extreme resolution and deliver amazing images, the D800/D800E is equipped with EXPEED 3 image processing engine. It features the new 91,000-pixel 3D Color Matrix Metering III and the Advanced Scene Recognition System, and an improved 51-point AF system with 15 Cross Type AF sensors for sharp and clear images.

Nikon’s new CoolPix S30 is a rugged compact digital camera targeted at families. The new camera is shock resistant to withstand falls from heights of up to 80 cm; dust resistant; and waterproof up to three-meters. With the S30, parents can preserve priceless memories of their babies easily. It has three large buttons, movie-record, shutter release and power, at the top and four flexible buttons on the back of the camera for adjusting and applying camera settings easily.

Nikon is brings the new CoolPix S4300 and CoolPix S3300 cameras for consumers who are looking for a compact, stylish and fashionable camera. Both models are equipped with 14 Megapixel image sensor and a 6x optical zoom NIKKOR lens with 26mm wide angle. They feature len-shift vibration reduction to effectively reduce blur, even with shooting indoors or in dark places where camera shake often results in blurred photos, for clear, sharp photos.

Along with the new S9300 and S9200, Nikon also adds the CoolPix S6300 to its S-series. The S6300 is also a compact digital camera with a long zoom range featuring a 10x optical zoom NIKKOR lens with 25mm wide angle, just like its predecessor S6200. The camera has a stylish design with a rounded form and metallic feel. It packs a 16 Megapixel backside illumination CMOS image sensor, EXPEED C2 image processor and a 2.7-inch LCD display.

In addition to the ultra zoom P510, Nikon also updates the P-series with the new CoolPix P310 compact digital camera, which is the successor to the CoolPix P300. With a compact body, the camera packs a 16.1 Megapixel Backside Illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor and a 4.2x wide angle optical zoom NIKKOR glass lens with a fast f/1.8 maximum aperture to deliver excellent low-light performance.

Following the CoolPix P500 last year, Nikon brings the new CoolPix P510 ultra zoom digital camera in 2012. While its predecessor P500 gets a 36x optical zoom lens, the P510 further the zoom range featuring a 42x optical Zoom-NIKKOR ED glass lens with 24mm wide angle. The camera is equipped with Nikon’s EXPEED C2 digital image processing engine to ensure quality images and videos. It is able to focus as close as 0.4 inches (1cm).

Nikon introduces its new flagship D4 Digital SLR camera (DSLR) with a multitude of new features and functions, replacing the D3, D3X and D3s To deliver supreme image quality, the D4 is equipped with a 16.2 Megapixel FX-Format Full Frame CMOS image sensor and the new Nikon EXPEED 3 image processing engine. It offers a broad ISO range from 100 to 204,800 for enhanced low-light performance, and the new 91,000-pixel RGB 3D Color Matrix metering system that meticulously analyzes each scene and recognizes factors such as color and brightness with unprecedented precision.

Nikon is launching a new compact digital camera, the CoolPix S100 with a refined design and advanced functions. The S100, successor to the S80, comes with a 3.5-inch OLED touchscreen with wide viewing angle and easy operation. Thanks to slim, right-angle optics zoom lens, the camera is so slim at just 18.1mm. It is equipped with EXPEED C2 image processing engine.

In addition to the S6200, Nikon introduces the CoolPix S8200 compact digital camera. While its predecessor S8100 does only 10x zoom, the new S8200 gets a 14x optical zoom NIKKOR lens with 25mm wide angle. It sports a 16 Megapixel backside illumination CMOS image sensor and EXPEED C2 image processor.

Nikon brings the new S6200 digital camera to replace the S6100. The new camera features a 16 Megapixel image sensor and a 10x optical zoom 25mm wide angle NIKKOR ED glass lens. It is equipped with the EXPEED C2 image processing engine and features ISO up to 3200 and lens-shift vibration reduction (VR) function for camera shake compensation.
