Nikon D40 Digital SLR Camera

Nikon announced the D40 which claimed to be the smallest and easiest-to-use Digital SLR camera. It has a 6.1 Megapixel CCD sensor, a 2.3-inch control screen, a new Auto Focus engine and a new GUI and it supports up to ISO1600, SDHC cards.The camera is small and light that it measures 126x64x94mm and weighs 475g.
