Nikon announced the new CoolPix P100 digital camera that get a 26x Optical Wide Angle Zoom-NIKKOR ED glass lens and a 10.3-megapixel backside illumination CMOS sensor. The P100 features high-speed shooting at 10fps and an in-camera high dynamic range (HDR) function, which merges images of the same scene to achieve a single image with a broad range of tonal detail.

As rumored, Nikon announced the new D3s digital DSLR camera that enables not only new opportunities in low-light photography but also offer photographers “added shutter speed and aperture freedom with a base ISO sensitivity range from ISO 200 to a remarkable 12,800″.

Nikon brings to the world the CoolPix S1000pj, the world’s first digital camera to have built-in projector. With the touch of a button, users can project images and videos as large as 40 inches. The camera offers  unique slideshow function and is able to playback pictures with music, effects and creative transitions.

Yet another stylish compact camera from Nikon, the CoolPix S70 features a 3.5-inch large OLED touchscreen. As the successor of the S60, the S70 offers Touch Shutter and Auto focus functions that allow users to haev the camera focus and shoot by simply tapping the OLED display.

Along with S570, Nikon has another new compact camera, the CoolPix S640 IS that offers similar features. The S640 IS serves as the successor to the CoolPix S620 and S630.

Nikon announced the replacement to the S560, the CoolPix S570 digital camera with a slim, stylish design at less than 1-inch thick. It has a 12 Megapixel imaging sensor and a 5x Wide-angle Zoom-NIKKOR Glass Lens.

In addition to D3000, Nikon introduces the D300s “professional-level” digital SLR. The D300s is a DX-format DSLR with enhanced speed at the same time it keeps the photographer-friendly features of the D300.

Nikon officially announced the D3000, a new entry-level Digital SLR (DSLR) camera. The D3000 features a 10.2 Megapixel DX-format CCD Imaging Sensor, an 11-point Multi-CAM 1000 autofocus system, EXPEED image processing, Active D-Lighting system and 3D Color Matrix Metering II. It has a 3-inch LCD display.

Nikon announced the new D5000 entry-level digital SLR. The 12.3 Megapixel D5000 is powered by Nikon’s EXPEED image processing system and features a broad ISO range from 100 to 6400, 3D Color Matrix Metering II, Scene Recognition System with Face Detection and ±5 EV exposure compensation.
