The NTT DoCoMo Sony Ericsson SO703i is a phone with the RealityMAX, using Sony Bravia technology, which supports enhanced contrast and crisp outlines. The SO703i has a 2.7-inch 260k color WQVGA TFT LCD display, a 1.1-inch Organic EL sub display, a 2 Megapixel camera and a 0.1 Megapixel inner camera. The phone supports microSD cards (instead of the Sony Memory Stick) and has large keys.

The NTT DoCoMo Sharp SH703i is a half metallic phone. It has a 2.2-inch 260k color QVGA ASV LCD display, a 0.8-inch Organic EL sub display, a 2 Megapixel camera, a 0.1 Megapixel inner camera for video calls. The SH703i supports microSD cards.

The NTT DoCoMo Sharp SH703i measures 102x49x17.9mm for 105 grams and it is available in Pink, White and Black color.

The NTT DoCoMo Panasonic P703i is another phone from Panasonic for the NTT DoCoMo 703i series. The P703i has a 2.2-inch 260k color QVGA TFT LCD, a 0.8-inch Organic EL sub-screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and a 0.1 Megapixel inner camera for video calls. It has a large dictionary for 4.5MB, Wave Tile Key which are large 3 keys for easy typing. It supports microSD cards.

The NTTDoCoMo NEC N703iD looks like a plastic-made toy, but it is “designed in collaboration with noted art and creative director Kashiwa Sato”. The N703iD has a 2.3-inch 260k color QVGA TFT LCD, a 2.1-inch Organic EL subscreen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera which can work well in dark settings and a 0.3 Megapixel inner camera for video calls.

The NTTDoCoMo NEC N703iD  measures 96x48x15.9mm for 103 grams and it is available in Yellow, White, Navy and Pink colors.

This is the FOMA D903i Slider phone for NTT DoCoMo, produced by Mitsubishi. It has 2.8-inch 260k colors 240×400 pixels Widescreen LCD, built-in music player supporting MP3, WMA and AAC, Voice recognition, InfraRed, FM Radio, a Full Browser which enables viewing of Microsoft’s Word, Excel and powerpoint files.

The NTT DoCoMo FOMA/Mitsubishi D903i has a one-touch open button which can open up the slider. There are 4 colors for you to choose from.

CEATEC 2006 has started and here are some product highlights.

NTT DoCoMo has announced NEC N902iS which features search engine base on camera photo submission. The search engine is called search engine called Evolution Robotics.

The NEC N902iS features a 4 megapixel camera with Auto Foucs, 2.5-Inch QVGA 262k colors TFT main display, 1-inch sub-display, miniSD slot. The phone measure 104x51x23mm and weighs 114g. It is available in Pistache Green,Russet Black, Ice Silver and Jewel Green.

NTT DoCoMo announced its new phone DOLCE SL SH902iSL which has IrSimple built-in. IrSimple allows faster data transmission speeds (at least 4 to 10 times fasterthen current InfraRed).
