NEC and NTT DoCoMo offers also the FOMA N705i mobile phone to Japanese consumers. The phone has a 3-inch screen and a 1.6-inch external screen, a 2 Megapixel camera and a 0.3 Megapixel secondary camera.

Other features include InfraRed, GSM network support, music and video playabck and PDF viewing. N705i supports also microSD card up to 2GB.

LG presents also the FOMA L705iX for NTT DoCoMo. The L705iX is the Japanese version LG’s Shine slider. Other than the original Silver version, which is called Shine Silver, there are also Shine Gold and Shine Titanium.

The L705iX supports DoCoMo’s FOMA HSDPA network and features a 2.2-inch LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel camera with Schneider Kreuznach lens and a microSD card slot. Like the other DoCoMo phones, the Japanese Shine does not support Bluetooth, but InfraRed. It has also integrated PDF viewer. The phone works with also GSM and 3G networks.

LG is not an active player in Japan’s mobile phone market, but it does release some phone in Japan, such as this one, FOMA L705i for NTT DoCoMo. NTTDoCoMo FOMA L705i is a 3G phone that supports World Wing, meaning that it supports GSM and 3G standards in other countries.

The L705i comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, InfraRed, PDF viewer but it does not have any external memory card slot.

NTTDoCoMo FOMA F705i is a clamshell mobile phone produced by Fujitsu. FOMA F705i sports a 2.7-inch LCD screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, InfraRed support and a microSD card slot.

The phone is water resistant, with IPX5, IPX7 standard.

Another phone from Mitsubishi, this time without μ. Mitsubishi D705i is a slider phone  for NTTDoCoMo’s FOMA network. The phone features a 3-inch QVGA 260k color LCD screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, support for 3G, PDA viewing, InfraRed, and a microSD card slot.

Available in Rose Pink, Pearl White, Pure Black, the P705iμ measures 110×49×15.5mm and weighs 120g.

We have seen Mitsubishi and NEC’s μ phones, let take a look at NTTDoCoMo FOMA P705iμ by Panasonic. Like the N705iu, P705iu is also as thin as 9.8mm. FOMA P705iμ features a 3-inch QVGA LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel camera, support for InfraRed, voice recognition, PDF viewer, and a microSD card slot.

The phoen supports 3G and HSDPA networks. The integrated camera can capture MP4 videos while the built-in media player supports WMA and WMV playback. p705iu measures 109×50×9.8mm and weighs only 105g.

Other than Mitsubishi’s D705iμ, NEC has offers also FOMA N705iμ for NTTDoCoMo. Unlike Mitsubishi’s offering, NEC’s N705iμ is a ultra thin clamshell phone that is only 9.8mm thick, The N705iu comes with a 3-inch QVGA LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera that can capture 320×240 MP4 videos, InfraRed and a microSD card slot that supports up to 2GB capacity.

The phone has built-in support for Flash Lite, PDA viewing and music playback. It supports also HSDPA and 3G connectivity.

Though Mitsubishi has quitted the mobile phone market, its FOMA D705iu is still available from NTTDoCoMo. The FOMA D705iμ, is a candy-bar style mobile phone that features 2.2-inch LCD display with 240×320 resolution, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and support for 3G network and HSDPA high-speed data transfer.

The FOMA D705iμ is really slim that it is as thin as 10.3mm and it weight only 85g.

This is the NTT DoCoMo’s SO905iCS that is made by Sony Ericsson and features a Cyber-shot camera. The SO905iCS features a 2.7-inch 16 million color LCD display with 480×864 resolution, a 5 Megapixel CMOS camera, InfraRed support and a microSD card slot.

The 5 Megapixel sensor allows the SO905iCS to record 640×480 MP4 videos at 30fps. The phone supports NTT DoCoMo’s FOMA 3G network. It measures  113mm x 50mm x  24mm and weighs only 145g.

While Panasonic has the P905iTV with Viera technology, Sharp gives us the SH905iTV with AQUOS LCD screen. DoCoMo’s SH905iTV supports the 1Seg digital TV reception and it features a 3.2-inch LCD screen with 480×854 resolution and 16 Million colors. You can also find a 3.2 Megapixel camera, 0.1 Megapixel front cam, FOMA HSDPA support and a 0.8-inch external display.

The integrated media play supports WMA, SD-Audio music and WMV videos. It accepts microSD/SDHC memory cards. It is available in Black, Silver White, Gold.
