KDDI shows at the CEATEC Japan 2008 a 3.1-inch WVGA 800×480 OLED panel. This WVGA OLED panel is produced by Samsung and utilizes the PenTile pixel array from Clairvoyante Inc.

Sony showoffs its new ultra thin OLED display. The first display is a 0.2mm thin 3.5-inch OLED prototype with 320×220 resolution. There is also a 11-inch 0.3mm thin OLED screen with a resolution of 960×540.

Sony announced its HDVF-EL100, a professional HD camera with an OLED display. The HDVF-EL100 is Sony’s first non-consumer device to have an OLED display panel.

The display has a rugged design for extreme environment and features a resolution of 960×540.

Digital Foci presents two new OLED pocket size 1.5-inch and 2.8-inch OLED photo frames. The 1.5-inch model has a 128×128 resolution display, 1000:1 contrast ratio and built-in 32MB memory. The 2.8-inch features a 320×240 resolution display, 10,000:1 contrast ratio.
