Panasonic Toughbook 19 Convertible Tablet PC

Panasonic updates its Toughnook 19 rugged convertible tablet pc that now sports Intel Core i5-540UM 1.2GHz processor. It packs 2GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive or optional 128GB SSD, and integrated graphics.

LaptopMag has another review on the Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 laptop. It has full Magnesium Alloy case with handle.

The Panasonic ToughBook CF-19 is powered by an Intel Core Duo U2400 1.06GHz processor, 512MB of RAM(max 4GB), 80GB hard drive. ToughBook CF-19 has a 10.4-inch XGA LCD touchscreen, WiFi 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth 2.0. You can also get the optional integrated EV-DO, HSDPA and HSDPA receivers.

LaptopMag says:
The CF-19 did quite well on our performance tests, too. The MobileMark 2005 score of 190 is about what we expected: midway between the averages for an ultraportable and a thin-and-light notebook. The 3DMark03 score of 1,087 means this system is better suited for real war games than those of the electronic variety. Where the CF-19 really stands out is in battery endurance. On our productivity tests, it lasted 6 hours and 19 minutes with wireless off, more than an hour longer than the average ultraportable.

There are two version for the ToughBook CF-19, the Touchscreen PC version which runs Windows: XP Professional SP2 and Tablet PC version which runs Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.

The Panasonic ToughBook CF-19 measures 1.9″ (H) x 10.7″ (W) x 8.5″ (D) for 5 lbs.
