Here is the HTC Athena X7500 Pocket PC Phone which comes with an additional attachable QWERTY keyboard. THe HTC Athena X7500 is powered by a 624MHz Intel Bulverde processor and 8-10 GB of memory, a 5-inch VGA LCD screen, support for HSDPA, Bluetooth v2.0 and WiFi (802.11b/g/e).

O2 XDA Flame PDA phone with VGA screen

O2 adds Flame to its XDA line-up. The O2 XDA Flame is powered by a Intel XScale PXA270 520MHz CPU, 2GB ROM, NVIDIA GoForce 5500 GPU (Yes, really!), a 3.6″ VGA screen. It has also a 2Megapixel camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, USB On-The-Go, SRS Mobile HD surround sound support and TV-out support.

Lenovo i921

Lenovo i921′s is latest PDA Phone from the Chinese company. i921 features 2.2-inch,260k colors, 320 x 240 pixel, QVGA widescreen LCD, 2 Megapixel camera, YAMAHA sound system, Bluetooth, built-in 128MB and miniSD slot. It measures 104 x 51 x 21.7mm and weighs 123g.

It seems it is NOT running on Windows Mobile 5, you can see the picture below.
