HTC presents the new Touch Viva PDA phone, replacing the original HTC Touch phone. The Touch Viva is powered by a TI OMAP 850 201 MHz processor, 256MB TOM and 128MB RAM.

Touch Viva has a 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen display, a 2 Megapixel camera, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD card slot.

HTC’s Touch Viva offers the HTC TouchFLO device control interface. It supports Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks.

Compare to the original HTC Touch, this Touch Viva is not an huge update. They offers more or less the same features, except that the Viva gets more ROM and RAM, like Verizon’s XV6900 Touch. It runs WIndows Mobile 6.1 Professional.

Velocity Mobile, in addition to the HTC-like 103, offers the 111 PDA phone that looks like a Blackberry smartphone. The Velocity 111 is powered by Qualcomm MSM7201 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. It features a 2.46-inch 320×240 display, a full QWERTY keyboard, WiFi 802.1b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, integrated GPS and AGPS.

The Velocity 111 supports quad-band GSM and tri-band UMTS 3G/HSDPA. It has a microSD card slot. It runs the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional with Velocity Odyssey Interface and VOTA Update.

Velocity Mobile, a collaboration between a team of wireless engineers and a large notebook manufacturer, introduces the 103 PDA Phone running the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS. The Velocity 103 actually looks like HTC phones.

The Velocity 103 is powered by Qualcomm MSM7201chipset, 128MB DDR RAM and 256MB Flash memory. The phone supports tri-band GSM and tri-band 3G UMTS/HSDPA networks.

Velocity Mobile’s 103 features a 640×480 LCD touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera, a 0.3 Megapixel front camera for video call, WiFi 802.11b/g, integrated GPS, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot. It offers TV/VGA out.

The Velocity 103 supports the Velocity Over The Air (VOTA) update service for updating the devices easily.

Over at Modaco, a guy shows us a few pictures of the HTC Touch HD smartphone that runs Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS. This HTC Touch HD is powered by an Qualcomm 7201A 528MHz processor, 512MB ROM and 256MB RAM. It comes with a WVGA display offering better viewing experience.

The Touch HS supports HSDPA network and has integrated GPS chipset. It has a 5 Megapixel camera, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
