LG is not an active player in Japan’s mobile phone market, but it does release some phone in Japan, such as this one, FOMA L705i for NTT DoCoMo. NTTDoCoMo FOMA L705i is a 3G phone that supports World Wing, meaning that it supports GSM and 3G standards in other countries.

The L705i comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA LCD screen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, InfraRed, PDF viewer but it does not have any external memory card slot.

Though Mitsubishi has quitted the mobile phone market, its FOMA D705iμ is still available from NTTDoCoMo. The FOMA D705iμ is a candy-bar style mobile phone that features 2.2-inch LCD display with 240×320 resolution, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and support for 3G network and HSDPA high-speed data transfer.

The phone is really slim that it is as thin as 10.3mm and it weight only 85g.

This is the NTT DoCoMo’s SO905iCS that is made by Sony Ericsson and features a Cyber-shot camera. The SO905iCS features a 2.7-inch 16 million color LCD display with 480×864 resolution, a 5 Megapixel CMOS camera, InfraRed support and a microSD card slot.

The 5 Megapixel sensor allows the SO905iCS to record 640×480 MP4 videos at 30fps. The phone supports NTT DoCoMo’s FOMA 3G network. It measures  113mm x 50mm x  24mm and weighs only 145g.
