AAXA Technologies, known for pico projectors, expands its lineup with the new P4 pico projector, which is the world’s brightest battery-powered projector. The new P4 is equipped with a Triple RGB LED light engine and Vibrant-Color technology to deliver ultra-bright 80 lumens brightness. The LED engine has up to 15,000 hours of life.

AAXA Technologies has just introduced its newest L1 v2 laser pico projector, successor to the original L1. The updated design improves the performance of L1 v2 by increasing the thermal efficiency of the PCOS laser light engine. It packs unique three-color laser light source for producing images with amazing color saturation that are always in focus.

Here is one of the cheapest pico projector we’ve seen, the SVP PP003 that is available at Amazon for $99. The PP003 utilizes LCoS technology with LED backlighting. It can project images from 6-inch to 54-inch. The projector has built-in media player for video, music and photo playback from SD memory card and USB storage.

After the M1 Limited edition, AAXA Technologies launches the new M1 Ultimate micro projector. Based on the M1 Limited, the new Ultimate model adds an elegant aluminum case, backlit touchpad controls, tripod mount, digital keystone correction and USB HOST function for connecting external storage.

Philips PicoPix 1020

Sagemcom, a lisencee of Philips brand, introduces the Philips PicoPix range at the IFA 2010. Three pico projectors will be released, the PicoPix 1020, 1230 and 1430. All of them feature 800×600 resolution, 400:1 contrast ratio, LED light source with a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours and 20-30 lumens brightness.

AAXA Technologies introduces the new P1 Jr., the world’s smallest LCoS pico projector with built-in multimedia playback function. As the little brother of the P1, the P1 Jr. features 10 lumens brightness, 100:1 contrast ratio, and a single chip white LED lamp with 15,000 hours of life. It can project up to 50-inch screen size.
