This is a high resolution smartphone from Qisda, Taiwanese ODM/OEM service provider. Known as the QCM-330, the device features a 4-inch 1280×1024 touchscreen and a 3 Megapixel camera. It supports HSDPA network and WiFi connectivity. It is said that the QCM-330 will run the Android.

BenQ’s Qisda Creative Design Center has created the QPD-111 MID that has got the iF product design award 2009. The Qisda QPD-111 is a mobile internet device (MID) with a 5-inch LCD multi-touch display and build-in G-sensor. It has a red Hot Key located at the upper left corner can be pressed for instant Internet connection.
We are not sure if BenQ will bring this MID to the market. One more picture after the break:
