HTC is preparing a new QWERTY Android smartphone for Verizon Wireless and here are few leaked photos. As you can see, the phone has a side-slide QWERTY keyboard and is about the size of HTC EVO 4G. It is said that the phone supports both CDMA and GSM networks and is powered by a 1.2GHz processor.

This dual-mode Android phone is expected to come early next year so it will at least run Android 2.2. More pictures after the break:

Here are few early shots of a new Motorola Android phone, the Sage for AT&T. The Sage will be a side-slider with QWERTY keyboard, a touchscreen, a camera with flash and an “oversize” touchpad. The handset will run Android 2.1 OS with MOTOBLUR 2 UI.
