Samsung announced two new dual-SIM Android mobile phones, the GALAXY Y DUOS and the GALAXY Y Pro DUOS with QWERTY keyboard. Both phones are powered by 832MHz processor and runs Android 2.3 OS with TocuhWiz UI. They have two SIM card slots allowing two separate phone numbers and a simultaneous use of data on the same device.

Samsung Star S5230 FIFA World Cup Fan Package

Samsung introduces in Germany two special edition of the Star S5230 touchscreen phone, including the FIFA World Cup Fan Package (Fan Paket) edition and the La Fleur Edition. The former comes in white and is obviously made for German football fans, while the latter joins F480 and D980 and is probably designed for female users.

Samsung launches in Hong Kong its Lindy M5650U touchscreen mobile phone designed for music lovers. The Lindy actually looks like the Samsung Corby S3650C but getting dedicated music buttons.

AT&T Samsung Strive

AT&T adds to its portfolio two new phones from Samsung, the Strive and the Sunburst. The former is a vertical slide QWERTY phone with a color display, a 2 Megapixel camera. It comes in two color combinations, black/silver and purple/charcoal.

Samsung revealed more details of its Diva S7070 and Diva Folder S5150 mobile phones, both designed for female users. The Diva is a bar-type touchscreen phone with a 2.8-inch 240×320 touchscreen while the clamshell Diva folder has a 2.2-inch screen.

Samsung brings to the MWC 2010, other than the Bada-based Wave, another flagship device, the Halo i8520 (aka Beam i8520) Android phone with built-in DLP projector, in addition to the 3.7-inch Super AMOLED WVGA touchscreen. It includes also the so-called “Specialized Projector UI”.

Samsung officially announced its Monte S5620 touchscreen mobile phone at the MWC 2010. Designed for style-conscious mobile users, the Monte has a sleek, organinc design with a sophisticated and glossy look.

Samsung introduces at the MWC 2010 the new Wave S8500 smartphone that uses the company’s new Bada open mobile platform. The Wave includes the Social Hub feature that seamlessly integrates all major email providers, IM and social networking services.
