Samsung announced the new Soul cellphone, which is a new addition to the Ultra Edition linup. Soul, is acutally the abbreviation  ”The Spirit Of Ultra”.

Samsung’s Soul is a Quad-band GSM phone with HSDPA 7.2Mbps support. It features a 2.2-inch LCD screen with 16M colors, a 5 Megapixel camera, integrated media player that can play MP3, WMA music, FM tuner and a microSD card slot.

The 5 Megapixel camera the phone has actually comes with 4x digital zoom, Face detection and image stabilizer. The phone will come with a new UI.

Samsung and Sprint will offer later the m620 mobile phone which is the CDMA version of the F300 Ultra Music phone.

Though specs of the m620 has not yet been announced, it will probably be the same as the F300 featuring …

Here is a video preview on the Samsung Ultra Video SGH-F500. The F500 features a 2.4-inch TFT display, 2.0megapixel camera, 400MB of built-in memory, microSD card slot, Bluetooth with A2DP, a media player supporting DivX, MPEG4, H.264 and WMV formats, and USB connectivity.

Samsung Ultra Movie F510 is actually a little update to the F500 Ultra Video Phone.  Samsung adds  DVB-H , CBMS support to F500 and make it to be F510.

The Samsung F510 is a 3G phone with HSDPA, EDGE support. It has a 2 Megapixel camera, a 2.4inch 240×320 TFT LCD display, a 1.5-inch 65k color sub-screen, support for music and movie playback and Bluetooth v1.2, USB v2.0 connectivity.

The F510 has 410MB internal memory and has a microSD card slot for expansion. It measures 116.5 x 50.4 x 10.7 mm.

Samsung announced the Ultra Smart F520, a 3G multimedia  phone supporting HSDPA and EDGE.

The Samsuing F520 has a 3 Megapixel camera with Flash, a 3-inch 260k 480×272 LCD touch screen, integrated media player supporting MP3/AAC(+)/eAAC+/Real music and  MPEG4/H.263/H.264/Real video formats.

Other features include Bluetooth, USB, Flash UI, Document Viewer, Full HTML Browser and support for MicroSD memory card.
The F520 measures 104.8 x 53.7 x 17.4 mm. More pics after the jump.

Samsung announced the Ultra Edition II series mobile phones and the Ultra Edition 2 10.9 (aka U600) is only 10.9mm thick.
The Samsung Ultra Edition 10.9/U600 is a Quad-band phone with EDGE and GPRS, it has a 3.2 Megapixel camera, a 2.2-inch 260k olor TFT LCD display, built-in media player supporting MP3/ACC/eAAC+/WMA files, Bluetooth 2.0, 60MB internal memory and a microSD slot.

The Ultra Edition 10.9 is Yahoo Ready and features Business Card Recognition. It measures 103.2 x 49.3 x 10.9 mm. “The Ultra Edition II will be released in the European Market in the first quarter of this year.” One more picture after the jump.

We have seen the Samsung SGH-F300 Ultra Music Phone at the ITU telecom World. At the CES 2007, Samsung  shows again the phone and here is a video preview from PopularMechanics.com.

The Samsung SGH-F300 Ultra Music Phone is a double side phone, one side for music, another for phone. It has a 176 x 220 TFT LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 100MB internal memory, a microSD slot and USB 2.0 connectivity.
