Samsung introduces its new rugged High Speed Series and Plus Extreme Speed Series SDHC and microSD memory cards, both offer up to 24MB/s read speeds on 4GB or above cards. Both lines are waterproof, shockproof and magnet-proof, allowing them to withstand some of the harshest conditions.

Samsung reveals the latest member of its Galaxy Tab line, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus N 7-inch tablet. Powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, the new 7.0 Plus N model runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system with Samsung’s TouchWiz. The new tablet is available in 3G+WiFi model and WiFi-only version.

Samsung is launching in India three new dual-SIM Android smartphones, including the Galaxy Ace DUOS, Galaxy Y DUOS and Galaxy Y Pro DUOS. All three devices are powered by 823MHz processor and run Android 2.3 OS. Samsung will also bring the Champ Deluxe DUOS and the Star 3 DUOS to India.

Samsung Star 3 DUOS

Samsung’s Star 3 and Star 3 DUOS are two new mobile phone running the company’s own Bada OS. Both entry-level mobile phones support quad-band GSM/EDGE mobile networks, and the Star 3 DUOS has dual SIM card slots allowing two separate phone numbers in a single device.

Samsung introduces its latest addition to its tablet line, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) that serves as the successor to the original 7-inch Galaxy Tab model. Powered by a 1GHz dual core processor with 1GB of RAM, the Galaxy Tab 2 is the company’s first Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0-powered tablet. It comes with a 1024×600 PLS touchscreen, a 3 Megapixel main camera, and a VGA front-facing camera for video chat.

Sprint launches the Frost White version of the Samsung Epic 4G Touch Galaxy S II smartphone. The Epic 4G Touch, unlike the original Epic 4G, comes without physical QWERTY keyboard but a large 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus 800×480 touchscreen. It is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1.2Ghz dual core processor and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with the iconic TouchWiz UI.

Samsung is adding to the GALAXY line the new mid-range GALAXY S Advance smartphone. The new phone, as its name tells, is an advanced version of the GALAXY S. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 768MB of RAM. It will be shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The Advanced GALAXY S has a curved glass design that enhances handling of the phone and fits the user’s facial form easily and naturally.

Samsung’s La Fleur Special Edition is back with the new Wave Y S5380 LaFleur Edition feautring floral patterns on its Wine red case. Samsung’s Wave Y is a smartphone running the company’s own Bada 2.0 OS with the TouchWiz UI. It has a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen and a 2 Megapixel camera.

Samsung is launching the Series 7 GAMER Yellow gaming notebook targeting young generation gamers and lady customers. The exterior of the yellow notebook has got Glass Flake coating technology for enhanced durability and elegant glossy feeling.

Other than the large HD screen Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD, AT&T will also release in 2012 the Samsung Exhilarate, the first 4G LTE smartphone built to meet many environmental and sustainability standards. According to Samsung, the phone is made from 80 percent recycled post-consumer materials. It also offers eco modes and tools such as an Eco calendar and calculator. It was certified as Platinum by UL Environment – their highest level of sustainability certification.
