Motorola officially announced the MOTORIZR Z8 with an unique ergonomic slider design as you can see in the picture above.

THe MOTORIZR Z8 is successor of the MOTORIZR Z6. It supports 3G and 3.6Mbps HSDPA 3.5G. Z8 has a 2 Megapixel camera with 8x zoom and LED light, a VGA secondary camera for video call, a QVGA 16million TFT LCD display, 90MB internal memory, microSD slot supporting up to 4GB, integrated media palaer, and Bluetooth with A2DP AVRCP stereo which means you can enjoy music without wire.

Here is the Samsung SGH-D840 Slider phone. It has a 2.12-inch QVGA LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel caemra, built-in media player, Bluetooth and USB. D840 comes with 80MB internal memory while there is also a microSD slot for expansion.

LG shows it latest phone under the brand CYON, the LG/CYON SB190 slider. The new slider has DMB receiver and GPS receiver. The LG/CYON features also a 1.3 Megapixel camera, a built-in MP3 player. The phone will be available at SK telecom soon.

glofiish has not only the Thinnest All-in-One Pocket PC Phone X500, it has also the M700, a slider PDA phone with QWERTY keyboard. The M700 is powered by a Samsung SC3 2442 400 MHz processor and 128 MB ROM / 64 MB RAM and runs Windows Mobile 5.0 AKU3.2 supporting Push mail.

Samsung’s D528 is a slim Silder which is only 14.9mm thick. It has a 262k colors 176 x 220 pixels TFT LCD, an 130 Megpixel camera with Flash, 80MB internal memory and Bluetooth. It has also a music plyaer which supports MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA, video recording functionality and document viewer.

The Samsung SPH-V8900 slider phone ,which claimed by Samsung as the world’s thinnest slider phone, is only 13.8 mm thick.

The Fujitsu “multi-slider” phone features a virtual keypad which can display a pad appropriate to whichever way the keypad slides out: left, right, up or down. The four bottons at the front will also serve as music playback keys. Fujitsu’s concept machines are on show this week in Milan’s Triennale di Milano as part of an Japanese Design exhibition.
