Toshiba TX80(aka Toshiba 811T in Japan, aka Toshiba 906 in Taiwan) is a 3G MultiMedia Phone. It has a 2.4-inch 260k color 240×320 pixels TFT LCD screen, a OLED sub screen, a 3 Megapixel camera and a 0.3 Megapixel camera for video calls. The built-on music player supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, XMF, SMAF formats and there are music key in the flip cover.

Few weeks ago, we have seen the new phone from Softbank/Sharp, the 911SH. 911SH is a 3G phone supporting 1Seg digital mobile TV reception. The 911SH has a 3-inch widescreen QVGA mobile ASV LCD, a 2Megapixel camera, built-in Music Player, QR code reader, Bluetooth, IrDA, Face Recognition and a microSD slot for expansion. It is 22mm thick.
I have a chance to go to the ITU Telecom World 2006 and take this video preview on the TV phone. The LCD screen is really great. As the 1Seg is now available in Japan only, so the phone can not tune to any TV channel in Hong Kong.

Softbank has announced it latest handset 911SH manufractured by SHARP. The Softbank/Sharp 911SH comes with a 3-inch 240x400pixels AQUOS ASV LCD Screen which uses 6-colors filter. The phone has features 1seg Digital TV broadcast reception, a 2 Megapixel CMOS camera and a microSD slot. There are multiple colors for you to choose from but no words yet on availability.
