Solar Powered Mobile Phone

Here is a mobile phone powered by the Sun. You can now carry your phone anywhere without getting you battery charger. Whenever you can see the Sun, you can get your phone charged. It is created by NTTDoCoMo and it looks like the GameBoy SP.
By the way, i doubt if we can use it in metro cities full of tall bulding where we can see the sun often.
