Sonnet Fusion D800P2 Storage System

Sonnet launches the new Fusion D800P2 mass storage solution that offers rooms for up to eight SATA hard drives. The D800P2 features two SATA II port multipliers, each managing four drives creating a high performance storage system “with data throughput fast enough to support multiple streams of DV, HDV, DVCPRO, ProRes 422, or uncompressed 8-bit 1080i HD video, without the need of an expensive dedicated RAID controller card”.
