Lenovo brings to the CES its IdeaPad U1 Hybrid notebook that features a unique, all new PC form factor, in addition to its new netbooks and all-in-one PCs.  The U1 comes with 11.6-inch LED multitouch screen that can be removed and used as an independent slate tablet.
