Nextbook launches its new Next5 7-inch tablet running Android OS. The devices has a 7-inch 800×480 touchscreen and comes with Digital Pen technology, with which users’ writing, sketching and drawing will transfer directly to the Next5.

Along with the Android-powered Internet TV Portal, Kogan also brings the Agora 7-inch Tablet (model KATBL07ANDAA) running Android 2.2 OS. The device is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor, 512MB RAM and comes with 4GB internal storage.

Hannspree shows its 2011 tablet roadmap, revealing three Android tablets including SN10T1, SN10T2 and SN10T3. All three models have 10-inch touchscreen, with SN10T1, SN10T2 get 1024×600 resolution and SN10T3 has 1280×600 screen.

Along with the 7-inch Tab A100, Acer will release another Android 3.0 tablet, the ICONIA Tab A500 with 10.1-inch multitouch capacitive touchscreen. Set to compete with Motorola’s XOOM, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 and LG’s Optimus Pad V900, the 10.1-inch A500 is powered by dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 mobile processor for faster browsing, and optimized HD viewing and will be shipped with Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS.

While most Android 3.0 tablets announced is last few months, such as XOOM, Galaxy Tab 10.1, Optimus Pad, come in 10-inch screen size, Acer is going to bring a 7-inch one called ICONIA Tab A100.  The 7-inch multitouch touchscreen of the A100 has 1024×600 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The device is equipped with NVIDIA dual-core Tegra 2 processor to drive the Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS.

Ainol, a Chinese PMP maker, is planning an Android 3.0 tablet powered by Cortex-A9-based processor. It is said that the tablet will be getting 1GHz processor with 512MB of memory. It comes with a 1280×760 touchscreen. As the leaked shots show, the Ainol’s Honeycomb tablet will come in white. It has physical buttons instead of touch-sensitive buttons, a front camera for video chat, a microSD card slot, HDMI output and a built-in kickstand.

Along with the new EVO 3D 4G Android smartphone, Sprint will also bring the HTC EVO View 4G Android tablet to the US. The EVO View 4G is basically Sprint’s version of HTC Flyer, adding WiMAX 4G support. Powered by 1.5GHz SnapDragon processor, the EVO tablet has 1GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It runs Android OS.

BenQ releases in China its R100 tablet device. BenQ ships the device with Android 2.2, instead of the tablet-optimized Android 3.0 Honeycomb. The R100 is powered by Samsung’s S5PC100 833MHz processor, 512MB RAM and comes with 8GB internal memory. It has a 10.1-inch 1024×600 touchscreen and a 3 Megapixel camera.

Gigabyte showcased its GN-TB100 10.1-inch tablet powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor at the CeBit 2011. The device comes with a 10.1-inch 1280×800 IPS touchscreen as well as a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video chat.
