AT&T will launch later this year the LG Quantum (aka Optimus 7Q, C900) Windows Phone 7 smartphone with slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Boosted by a 1GHz SnapDragon processor, t he Quantum has a 3.5-inch 480×800 touchscreen, which is smallest among all newly announced WP7 devices. It has a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, HD 720p video recording and panorama shooting.

As mentioned, HTC has five new Windows Phone 7 smartphones. What you see above is the HTC 7 Pro, the last of the five and the only one to have physical QWERTY keyboard. The phone has a dedicated slide and tilt QWERTY keyboard with raised keys for easy input.

While the 7 Mozart has Dolby Mobile and SRS WOW HD audio enhancement technologies, the HTC 7 Surround said that’s not enough and comes with a slide-out speaker for high-fidelity audio and virtual surround sound. There is also a built-in kickstand.

HTC introduces the 7 Trophy Windows Phone 7 smartphone that brings the XBox LIVE to gamers. Just like the HD7 and 7 Mozart, the Trophy sports a 1GHz SnapDragon processor, 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM. It has 8GB internal storage.

According to HTC, the new 7 Mozart (aka HTC Mondrain) is a phone powered by high-fidelity audio. It’s probably true as this new Windows Phone 7 smartphone integrates Dolby Mobile and SRS WOW HD for high-fidelity, virtual surround sound and comes with Music + Videos Hub powered by Zune.

At the launch event of Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 (WP7) platform, HTC brings five new WP7-running smartphones, including HTC 7 Surround, HTC 7 Mozart, HTC 7 Trophy, HTC 7 Pro and HTC HD7. The HD7 is the flagship model and is basically the WP7 version of the HTC HD2.

Motorola brings another QWERTY Android smartphone, the FLIPSIDE MB508 that will be released by AT&T. Like the Milestone/Droid and Droid 2, the new phone has a side-slide QWERTY keyboard. It also includes laptop-like trackpad that provides an alternative way to navigate with one hand while keeping your fingers off the screen. The handset also features CrystalTalk PLUS with a second microphone for enhanced voice quality.

Motorola introduces a new Android smartphone, the BRAVO (MB520) with MOTOBLUR. The new phone has a compact, rounded design, and will be released via AT&T. The BRAVO features a 3.7-inch 480×854 capacitive touchscreen and a 3 Megapixel auto focus camera. It runs Android 2.1 and includes Flash lite 3, and an enhanced version of MOTOBLUR that aggregates Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and Gmail messages and contacts as well as syncs and merges your work contacts, email and calendar.

LG introduces in Korea its canU XOXO T1200 touchscreen mobile phone with a 3.8-inch HXGA 1024×480 display, matching Sharp 931SH releases two years ago. The XOXO features also a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, built-in DMB tuner, GPS support and WiFi connectivity.
