Sony announced VAIO Type U

Sony has now officially announced its VAIO Type U handheld PC. The VGN-UX50 measures only 150.2×95mm/100.5×23.2mm and weighs 520g.
It is powered by a Core Solo U1300 1.06Ghz CPU (UX50) or a Core Solo U1400 1.2Ghz CPU (UX90), a 20 or 30GB HDD and it has a a QWERTY keyboard, a 4.5″ WSVGA 1024×600 touch screen, a 1.3MP camera and webcam, Wireless a/b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, CF and MS slot
