Dixons Advent Altro Notebook is Macbook Air-alike

UK company Dixon’s brand, Advent, is going to launch later this month the Advent Altro slim notebook PC that is designed to challenge Apple’s MacBook Air. The Altro is powered by Intel’s ultra-low voltage Celeron processor, 3GB RAM and a 120GB hard drive.

MSI’s X-Slim X600 is the largest model of the X-Slim series offering a 15.6-inch 1366×768 LCD display. The X600 boasts either an Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 1.4 GHz or Celeron ULV 723 1.2 GHz processor, 3GB/4GB RAM and 320GB/500GB hard drive, depending on models. All models will get a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 graphics card.
