Panasonic’s Viera TX-P42G10 is a 42-inch model of the company’s G10 plasma HDTV series . The plasma features 1920×1080p Full HD resolution, 40,000:1 native resolution, 2,000,000 dynamic contrast ratio, integrated Freesat and Freeview digital tuners. Softbank is going to releasing soon the Panasonic 921P Viera phone. The 921P features a 3.1-inch Viera VGA 260k color display, which can be flipped in two ways. It has also a 0.9-inch Organic EL secondary display.

The Softbank 921P comes with a two cameras, a 5 Megapixel main camera that can capture 640×480 VGA video clips and a 0.33 Megapixel front camera for video calls. Other features include Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, GPS, S!FeliCa, support for W-CDMA and HSDPA network, and a microSDHC card slot.

The Panasonic 921P is available in six colors, Black, Gold, Silver, Purple, Pink, and Mint green.

As mentioned before, Panasonic has sent to the FCC the VS84, which may be the international edition of the 921P. That means we may be able to get one in near future even we are not in Japan.

Although it’s a shame for the 46PZ81 that the Freesat service doesn’t currently carry a bit more high definition content to make the most of its screen’s Full HD resolution, that’s hardly the TV’s fault. In fact, there’s very little that IS the TV’s fault. It’s yet another terrific Panasonic plasma TV that works impressively hard at getting the best from its groundbreaking new source – while also costing considerably less than you might have expected.

What’s more, it finally allows the Freesat name to be associated with a really high quality product from a well-respected brand rather than the mostly bargain-bucket brands shipping Freesat receiver boxes – and for that Freesat really ought to be very grateful indeed.
