Finally, RIM’s BlackBerry Storm, the first touchscreen Blackberry, is now officially announced and will be available from Verizon and Vodafone next month. The Blackberry Storm supports EV-DO Rev.A, HSDPA 2100MHz and quad-band EDGE, which allows users to travel around the world using the same Storm.

The BlackBerry features a 3.26-inch 480×360 glass display that has a clickable surface like real buttons, a 3.2 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash, 1GB internal memory, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Storm is bundled 8GB microSD card slot. It can do also automatic orientation, like the iPhone, and Copy-and-paste that iPhone cannot offer.

Of course the phone comes with a full HTML browser and is able to open and edit Word, Excel, Powerpoint files.

Softbank is going to offer the Samsung 708SC slim phone in early march. The Softank/Samsung 708SC is actually same as the Samsung A727 cellphone but 708SC is even slimmer with the 8.4mm thickness.

The Softbank Samsung 708SC has a 1.9-inch 260k color TFT LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera and a 0.3 Megapixel secondary camera for video calls. The 708SC has a built-in music player and it supports Bluetooth with A2DP, that means you can enjoy music without wires and there is also a built-in PDF reader.There is also a microSD slo.

The phone measures 50.4×112.5×8.4mm for 73g. The phone will available in 4 colors, Silver, Red, Green and Blue.

Other than the 911T, Softbank and Toshiba offer also 813T 3G phone. The Softbank/Toshiba 813T features a 3.24 Megapixel camera which supports video recording as well as QR code reading, there is also a 0.32 Megapixel secondary camera for video calls.

The 813T has also a 2.4-inch 260k color TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 240×320 which is enough you to use the S! GPS navigation service. It supports microSD cards (up to 2GB) for storage expansion.

The Softbank 813T measures 49×97×20mm for 113g. As you can see below, there are 4 color variants.

Softbank and Sharp offers the PANTONE 812SH 3G phone in 20 colors, from green to pink to yellow to white. The Softbank/Sharp 812SH features a 2.4-inch 260k color LCD screen, a 0.8-inch OLED external screen, a 2 Megapixel camera suppoting video recording and a MicroSD card slot. The 812SH support the FeliCa wireless payment system and face recognition functionality for security.

Softbank (formerly Vodafone Japan) and Toshiba shows the 911T 3G phone. The Softbank/Toshiba 911T has a 3-inch Wide VGA LCD screen, 1GB internal memory, a 3.2 Megapixel camera.

The phone has Bluetooth support and it can be connected with Motorola’s O ROKR bluetooth eyeware. It supports also S! GPS Navi. Despite the powerful function the phone has, it is only 17.9mm thick.

The Softbank/Toshiba 911T will be available in March and there are 4 colors, Silver, Black, White and Red.

Vodafone is going to launch 3 Mercedes McLaren edition of phone. The 3 phones are Sharp 770SH, Sharp GX29, SGH-Z520M.

The TS32 has a 1.93-inch 260k color TFT LCD, a 1.3 Megapixel caemra, Bluetooth 1.2, USB 1.1 and internal memory of 5.5MB and a microSD slot. It is now available in Hong Kong with price of HKD$1480 and there are 3 colors for you, Midnight Purple, Lunar Graphite and Desert Gold.
