Softbank is going to launch in August Sharp’s Solar Hybrid 936SH solar-powered mobile phone. The phone features a large solar panel up front for charging. For 10 minuts of charging, you get one minute of talk time and two hours of standby time.

Other than the AQUOS SHOT, Softbank gets also Sharp’s mirumo 934SH 8 Megapixel mobile phone. The mirumo 934SH comes with a 8 Megapixel CCD image sensor with ProPix image processing technology.

Fujitsu ships the new docomo STYLE series F-02A clamshell mobile phone for NTTdocomo. The ultra slim Fujitsu F-02A is IPX5/IPX7 certified for water resistant. Available from NTTdocomo, the F-02A features a 3-inch 480×854 VGA LCD display, and a 2-inch 320×240 secondary screen; a 2 Megapixel camera and a 0.3 Megapixel secondary camera.

The NTTDoCoMo Fujitsu F703i is a waterproof phone which can be submerged up to 1 meter for 30 mins. The F703i has a 2.2-inch 260k color QVGA TFT LCD, a 1.3 Megapixel camera and a 0.1 Megapixel inner camera for video calls. It support microSD cards and has an enhanced music player supporting Napster and Chaku-Uta Full.

The NTTDoCoMo Fujitsu F703i  measures 100×48x17.9mm for 109grams and is available in Snow White, Blossom Pink and Lamp Black.
