At the Wireless Japan Show 2007, Sophia Mobile shows the NANI PDA phone running the Windows CE OS.  Sophia Mobile NANI  is powered by a RMI Alchemy Au1250 600 Mhz processor and it supports WiFi 802.11b/g. NANI comes with a 4.3-inch LCD Touchscreen, integrated digital TV tuner, a VGA camera in the front and a SVGA camera at the back.

Sophia Mobile NANI has a microSD card slot and supports USB connectivity.

Compal shows at the Computex Taiwan its UMPC running the Windows CE 5.0 OS instead of Windows Vista or XP as we have seen in other UMPCs. Compal’s UMPC is powered by the Freescale i.MX31 532MHz processor, 512MB Flash memory and 256MB RAM. It will come with WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth as well as HSDPA connectivity.

Other features include the QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, miniSD card slot, a SIM card slot and miniUSB ports.
