At the Wireless Japan Show 2007, Sophia Mobile shows the NANI PDA phone running the Windows CE OS.  Sophia Mobile NANI  is powered by a RMI Alchemy Au1250 600 Mhz processor and it supports WiFi 802.11b/g.
